Cambridge Historical Society & Museum Holds Second Annual Victorian Tea

On Sunday, September 27 at 2 pm, the Cambridge Historical Society & Museum will once again offer a “Victorian Tea” at the Museum on Broad Street in Cambridge, New York.  There will be homemade sweets, savories and tea to be enjoyed while watching a live fashion show of reproduction women’s costumes from the 1890s through the 1920s.  The theme for this year’s fashion show  will be “Downton Abbey Fashion:  Gilded Age to Jazz Age.” [Read more…] about Cambridge Historical Society & Museum Holds Second Annual Victorian Tea

McDonald’s In Hoosick Closes

Approximately 25 jobs were lost when McDonald’s at 21451 Route 22 closed its doors Monday evening. Tuesday morning workers were on the site to remove the signage and prepare to shut down the building.  The employees had no notice of the closing, and most were surprised when they heard the news. Pellet Boiler Ready To Heat The Hoosick Falls School

Rensselaer County Hard Hit By Home Foreclosures

Hoosick Falls A Hot Spot In The Eastern Portion Of The County
