Gardner Sentencing Delayed

The sentencing of former Stephentown Highway Superintendent Neil Gardner, originally scheduled for Thursday, December 4, has been postponed. According to the  Office of the Rensselaer County Court Clerk, the sentencing for Gardner, who was convicted in October of 24 charges of possession and filing of false documents, has been adjourned to Thursday, December 11, at 11 am.

Grafton’s John Darling OnJudicial Screening Panel

Wade recently announced the formation of a judicial screening committee.  The panel will interview serious candidates for the County Court Judgeship soon to be vacated by Judge Patrick J. McGrath who was elected to the State Supreme Court on November 4.
