SVFD Texas Hold’em Tournament

Ladies Auxiliary Flowers/Plants Sale

The Berlin Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary is having a spring Flower And Vegetable Plant Sale on Saturday, April 30 from 9 am to 1 pm at the former Bank of America building in Berlin and on Sunday, May 1 from 8 to 11 am at the Berlin Firehouse at 11 Community Avenue during the Fire Department breakfast. Vegetables, flowers, and hanging baskets will be available for purchase.

New, Used And Antique Tractor Business Is Moving In

The Patire Chevrolet Building, located at 191 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, which has been sitting empty for almost four years, is showing signs of life. Although he hasn’t closed on the one-acre property yet, John Cipperley, of JC Tractor Repair and Restoration, currently located in Pittstown, has already started working on getting the building ready for business. Grant For New Ambulance For Grafton Mired In Red Tape

Keeping The Current Ambulance On The Road Is Challenging

Last November former Town Supervisor Frank Higgins announced that State Senator Kathy Marchione had been instrumental in securing $150,000 in grant money for the Town to purchase a new ambulance.  The grant, written by Grafton Rescue Squad Captain Joe Allain, has since been approved by the State Legislature and signed off on by Governor Andrew Cuomo.  [Read more…] about Grant For New Ambulance For Grafton Mired In Red Tape
