Large Turnout For Hoosick Halloween Parade

On Friday evening, October 30, just as it was getting dark, Wood Park filled up with princesses, angels, witches, minions, monster trucks, ninjas, cowboys, and others in creative costumes, for the start of the Halloween Parade that HAYC3 sponsors every year.
