Hoosick Grange had its Christmas meeting on December 11. The Mennonite Singers came on strong. We had around 100 singers and Grangers. They sang the traditional Christmas songs like “Silent Night,” “Hark the Herald Angels Sing,” and many more and ended with “We Wish You A Merry Christmas.” Some of the little children sang by themselves. They watched their leaders every command and sang like angels. Marion Hynick thanked them for a wonderful program.
The Grange had lots of delicious refreshments. They had ice cream provided by Stewart’s and punch for everyone. Everyone seemed to enjoy visiting and talking with each other.
Our next meeting was on January 8. It was Hoosick Grange’s 106th Anniversary/Birthday. Grangers brought goodies.
