The 26th annual Run for the Roses 5K race was held in Grafton Lakes State Park on Sunday, August 14. The race benefits the Grafton Town Library. PVMCC Square Dance
The Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Community Center will host a square dance on Friday, August 12, from 7 to 9:30 pm. People under the age of 18 get in free courtesy of the Stewart’s grant. Patrick Adrion Is On The President’s List At MVCC
Mohawk Valley Community College, located in Utica and Rome, NY, is proud to announce that Patrick Adrion from Petersburgh has completed the Spring 2011 semester with academic excellence and qualified for the President’s List.
The President’s List includes 814 students who achieved a grade-point average of 3.75 or higher (out of a possible 4.00). To be eligible for these honors, full-time students must have successfully completed 12 or more attempted hours; and part-time students must have successfully completed 6 attempted hours.
