• International Observe the Moon Night – Join the fun on Saturday, October 8, at 6:30 pm. Bring the whole family and learn about the moon. Kids are invited to wear pajamas and enjoy moon related stories, make a lunar map out of Oreos and howl at the moon outside. Moon pies and juice will be served inside, and then we’ll head out to view the moon. Dress warmly and bring binoculars or telescopes, lawn chairs, flashlights and bug repellent. We will have binoculars on a tripod set up for all to share. We hope to have some experts join us to help us as we view the moon. In the event of bad weather, we’ll just keep the party inside.
