On April 1 the community came together at the Berlin Firehouse to participate in a meeting concerning the use of drugs and alcohol in the towns of Stephentown, Berlin, Petersburgh and Grafton. Candidates’ Views In Important Upcoming Berlin School Board Election

There are two seats to be filled on the Berlin Central School Board in the election set for Tuesday, May 19. Incumbent Julie Darling of Grafton is running for re-election and will be opposed by John Greene of Berlin. Incumbent Don French will not run for re-election and his seat is sought by John Nash of Grafton and Gina Goodermote of Berlin.

Free Mammograms

The Berlin Central School District Health Council is sponsoring their Third Annual Health Fair on Wednesday, May 20, from 11 am to 7 pm. The Fair will be held at the Berlin Jr./Sr. High School in Cherry Plain and is open to the community from 3 to 7 pm.
