Hoosick Falls High School Students Have Record-Breaking Christmas Wish Year

Students across the high school worked together to make the 2015 Christmas Wish the most successful ever. Members of the Phillip Leonard Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) collected $6,109.65 during their homeroom collection drive. The Panthers hoped to put a blemish on the Warriors perfect 6 – 0 record, but it wasn’t to be as the Warriors outlasted and finally pulled away, not by much, but enough, to escape the Panther Den with their perfect record intact. HF 40 – Stillwater 25 at Stillwater, 12/18, HF (O) 4-1, (L) 4-0. After taking a slim 19 – 15 halftime lead, the Panther defense stepped up its game and held the Warriors to a total of six second half points.
