Wasaren League leading Stillwater came to visit the HFCS Panther Den Friday night December 18. The Panthers hoped to put a blemish on the Warriors perfect 6 – 0 record, but it wasn’t to be as the Warriors outlasted and finally pulled away, not by much, but enough, to escape the Panther Den with their perfect record intact. Ladies Win Two

HF 40 – Stillwater 25 at Stillwater, 12/18, HF (O) 4-1, (L) 4-0. After taking a slim 19 – 15 halftime lead, the Panther defense stepped up its game and held the Warriors to a total of six second half points. HFCS Fall Sports All Stars

Girls Soccer

Jordyn Haynes was named the Wasaren League Player of the Year for 2015. Haynes, a senior, scored 130 goals over her HFCS career. She had 20 goals this season, quite a feat considering she was always double teamed. Her highest scoring season came as a freshman, when she had 33 goals.
