Berlin Modified Girls Volleyball Wins At Home
On Monday the modified girls volleyball team got their first win of the season against Waterford. Strong serving by Brooke Deshane, Skylar Jordan, Sierra Pettibone and Carly Church led the team to its victory. Solid play by the rest of the team kept Berlin dominant throughout each game. The girls play home next Tuesday against New Lebanon and Friday against Hawthorne; games begin at 4 pm.
HF Field Hockey Has Four Shutouts

Two of the all time leaders in goals scored, Liz Ryan and Ally Burdick, are leading the offense, and the defense is keeping opposing offenses from scoring at all. Panther Girls Soccer Gets Two Wins

9/10, at Hoosic Valley. The Panthers got out to a 3 – 0 first half lead and cruised through the second half to grab a win. Jordyn Haynes scored three goals and Taylor Mann added two. Keelan Seifert, Darian Morgan, Kelly Pine and McKenzie Bradley each added one goal. Taylor Mann had two assists, Keelan Seifert, McKenzie Bradley, Angela Gonzales and Darian Morgan added one assist each. Panther goalie Jayde Tutunjian had six saves in goal. St. Mary’s Academy Begins The Year With A New Principal

St. Mary’s Academy’s new principal, Susan Bulmer, brings much experience and passion to her position at the Hoosick Falls Catholic school. She grew up in Clifton Park and Troy, where she graduted from Catholic Central High School. From there she went to HVCC and on to the College of St. Rose where she earned Masters Degrees in both music education and educational administration.
