Winter Festival Brings 2500 To Grafton Lakes State Park

And Ice Fishing Contest Results

Grafton Lakes State Park held its 24th Annual Winter Festival and Ice Fishing contest on Saturday, January 24.   A full schedule of family oriented events and some bright winter sunshine drew an estimated 2,500 patrons to the day’s festivities. The Park reports this is the highest turnout in the last several years.

Kiwanis Sponsor Free Ice Skating

On Saturday, February 14, the Hoosick Falls Kiwanis is sponsoring free ice skating for all of our local children. Come to the Ice Skating Rink, have hot chocolate, cookies, raffle prizes and fun! The event is from 1 to 4 pm and is free to the public, including skate rental.
