Broken Wheel Bridge Near Completion

The new bridge at Broken Wheel Road in Petersburgh is getting close to finished.There were five men working on October 4, placing rock on the slopes and around the base of the bridge. They expect to be paving the roadway in about a week.

Class Action Suit Filed Against Taconic Over PFOA

The law firm of Weitz & Luxenberg filed a class action lawsuit against Taconic on September 26 on behalf of four Petersburgh residents, and others similarly impacted, alleging that Taconic improperly disposed of PFOA, creating a health hazard for nearby residents.
