Tuesday: This morning I came on to Mr. Rufus Withees and took breakfast. I then paid said Rufus Withee forty two dollars, which is the interest up to last October on a note of three hundred dollars, and then I came home. On this evening I rode down to Judah Rowley’s to inquire where his Uncle Nathaniel Warren lives. Rowley told me he lives in Berlin.
