Hoosick Falls Basketball Wins Every Title At The Hoosier Holiday Basketball Tournament

The winter break from school once again brought the Hoosier Holiday Classic Basketball tournament to Hoosick Falls Central School. All four of the Panther teams claimed tournament championships. The girls teams topped Argyle, Berlin and Adirondack High School to claim the title while the boys teams topped Berlin, Waterford and Watervliet. Petersburgh Fire District Organizational Meeting
On January 4 the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Petersburgh Fire District No. 1 held its annual Organizational Meeting. The Board consists of Terry Neaton, Don Paulson, Keith Snyder, Steve Waytkus and Mike Jones. The following appointments were made:

The Seventh Annual Hoosick Bowl for Kids is set for Saturday, January 15, at Barbecue Recreation on Route 22 in Hoosick.
