Second Chance Animal Center is hosting its fourth annual Angel Tree Open House on Saturday, December 6, from 11 am to 3 pm at the Shelter on US Route 7A in Shaftsbury, VT. For a small donation you can create a personalized ornament honoring a current pet or memorializing a beloved former pet. Shelter tours will be offered throughout the day. Hubbard Hall has opened a new show, Neil Simon’s The Good Doctor. Though not one of Simon’s best plays, it had a successful run on Broadway and has been prominently revived a number of times since.
