The first parcel would consist of the main farmhouse and barns and cleared land of approximately 171 acres. The second parcel would consist of a small bungalow with 167 acres and the third parcel would be a 27 acre wooded lot. Grafton Planning Board Action – Two And A Half Men

November 21, 2012 By eastwickpress

by Kieron Kramer
What if you called a meeting and nobody came? You’d call it the November Grafton Planning Board meeting and go home to watch television. At least that’s what the four men of the Planning Board said they were going to do.  Planning Board Member Owen Grandjean seems partial to the show “Two and a Half Men.”
The Board approved the minutes of the September and October meetings and hearings unanimously. Board Member Arthur Surprise was absent. There was no new business, no old business and no informal discussion. Even Bill Darling wasn’t there. Only three people were in attendance – two were friends and family of the Board, one was a gent who came to meet someone.
