Re-enactor Tim Case will appear as Timothy Mulholland, a Civil War veteran, before the Stephentown Historical Society on Monday, April 2, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be at the Stephentown Heritage Center on Garfield Road, Stephentown. It is free and open to the public. The building is handicapped accessible. The Hoosick Falls Soccer Club is proud to announce the Memorial Garden, Buy A Brick Program! The Hoosick Falls Soccer Club is in the process of gathering ideas for a “Yellow Brick Road” that will be placed by the Hos-Cot Pavilion on South Street in Hoosick and lead to the flagpole and the Decatur Memorial Bench near the Delurey Championship Field. Stephentown Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Please join the Stephentown Youth Commission on Saturday, April 7, at 12:30 pm at the Stephentown Firemen’s Pavilion on Grange Hall Road for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Grades pre-k through fifth are invited to hunt. This event will be held entirely outdoors so please dress appropriately. Don’t forget your Easter basket to collect your treats.
The Easter Bunny will be hopping around. Adult supervision is required.
In the event of rain or snow, this event will be canceled.
Rediscover Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
In recognition of National Poetry Month, local resident and Longfellow scholar Bruce Southard will deliver the lecture “Rediscover Longfellow” on Thursday, April 5, at 7 pm at the New Lebanon Library. This program is free and the public is welcome.

Berlin Fire Department Breakfast
On Sunday, April 1, from 7 to 11 am, the Berlin Fire Department will be holding its monthly breakfast which includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, French toast and biscuits for our homemade sausage gravy, sausage and bacon, toast, home fries and eggs (scrambled, sunny side, over easy or over hard). Beverage choices include coffee, tea, (both decaf available), hot chocolate, milk and orange juice. Prices are $7 for adults, $4 for kids 5-10 and free for kids under 5.
The Ladies Auxiliary will be having an Easter Bake Sale with goodies and treats from 7 to 11 am at the Fireman’s Breakfast.
