15th Annual Fall Festival At HFCS Loads Of Fun And Prizes!

On Saturday, October 10, the HFCS PTA held its fifteenth annual Fall Festival with HFCS bustling with over 400 attendees with vendors selling their wares, kids doing craft projects, some amazing pumpkin displays, and everyone enjoying baked goods made by many volunteers and food provided by The Frying Dutchman. 2015-2016 Berlin HS Pizza Night Fundraiser

This year’s pizza night fundraiser benefits Berlin students that will be traveling to Costa Rica in April. Besides learning about the history of Costa Rica and its capital San José, students, faculty, and a couple of parents will be spending the week learning about coffee plantations, rainforests, EARTH University, and sustainable farming. Berlin Boys Battle For First Place In League Soccer Play

Heartbreak on the soccer field this past week as the Berlin Mountaineers Boys Squad lost both the game and first place in the Central Hudson Valley League.  The Eagles of Loudonville Christian scored with just over three minutes left to play to break a 1-1 tie.  The victory also gave the Eagles sole possession of first place in the league, with the Mountaineers holding down second.  [Read more…] about Berlin Boys Battle For First Place In League Soccer Play

Panthers Chasing League Crown

The Lady Panthers got another win last week, so they were tied for the league lead with Mechanicville as this week began, with identical 11 – 1 records, with both teams having one league game left to play. Undefeated Ladies Win Wasaren League Title

For the third straight year, the Panthers are league champions, a major feat in any sport. HFCS field hockey, led by head coach Denise Campbell, has been very successful. These girls know how to win because they are coached to win. Panthers Fall To Corinth, 38 – 26

With seven starters out due to injuries or illness, the HFCS Panthers gave the Corinth Tomahawks all the game they could handle. Four Hoosick Falls Golfers Win Wasaren League Invitational
