Funeral services for Evelyn Carelli will be held on Saturday May 21, at 1 pm from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, New York. Burial will follow the service at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Hoosick Falls.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11 am until the start of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to either the Cambridge Valley Rescue Squad or the Buskirk Fire Department through the funeral home.

Former WCW Building In Hoosick Falls Purchased

At its May 10 meeting, The Rensselaer County legislature unanimously approved the sale of the former WCW building at 1 Mechanic Street to the 1150 Scottsville Rd LLC for $140,000.  They plan to move Trojan Steel from its current location at 62 Factory Hill in North Hoosick.  Raymond J.
