Berlin Rescue Squad Fish Fry

This coming Friday, April 10, is the last day of Lent. How appropriate to finish off this religious period with a delicious fish dinner served to you by the all volunteer Berlin Rescue Squad at the Berlin Fire House.  From 5 to 7 pm we will be serving a dinner that includes a fish fry with roll, French fries, coleslaw, brownie, and a drink. This is an eat-in dinner but can also be taken to go.  All of this can be had for $10.  Please come in, have a seat, talk with some friends and be served this delicious dinner.  Also, if you could bring your unwanted, returnable bottles to continue supporting Cub Scout Pack 911 it would be very much appreciated.  Please call 658-2890 for pre-orders between 4 and 4:30 pm.

Buskirk FD Breakfast

The Buskirk Volunteer Fire Department Inc. will once again be hosting its monthly all you can eat breakfast at their fire station on Easter Sunday April 12, from 7:30 to 11 am. The menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs any style, bacon, sausage toast and choice of beverage. Breakfasts are served on the second Sunday of each month, October through May. The Buskirk Volunteer Fire Department Inc. is located at 2217 Buskirk – West Hoosick Road in Buskirk Call 518-686-9966 for more information.

Tsatsawassa Fire Co. Breakfast

The Tsatsawassa Protective Fire Company Inc. will hold its regular monthly breakfast on Sunday, April 19, from 8 am until noon at their Fire House behind the post office located near the intersection of Routes 20 and 66 North in Brainard.

Breakfast offers your choice of pancakes or French toast together with bacon or sausage, eggs cooked to order, applesauce and an assortment of breakfast beverages.

Hot Dog Charlie’s

Join the Hoosick Falls Kiwanis Club on Saturday, April 18, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the Hoosick Falls Fire Dept. on Main Street. Get 13 “dogs” and dessert for $11 or 6 “dogs” with dessert for $5. Coffee is free. Soft drinks are available. The Kiwanis are also  running a contest╔All you can eat in 3 minutes. It costs $10 to enter the contest..win big!
