Algonquian Peoples Seminar To Highlight Lebanon Springs
The 12th Annual Mohican Algonquian Peoples Seminar will be held at the NYS Museum on Saturday, September 15, from 9 am to 4 pm. Mohican Tribal members, researchers and archaeologists will do presentations of Mohicans, past and present. We live on Mohican land. Learn more about the land you live on. The Mohican Reservation is in Wisconsin, but this area is their ancestral land. The fee for the seminar is $20. Bring your own lunch. Born January 27, 1946, in Troy, NY, she was the daughter of Molly Seaman Drowne of Chatham, NY, and the late Roland Drowne. She was the loving wife of Russell I. Wheeler, whom she married on May 25, 1968, in the Brainard Methodist Church.
