West Hoosick Pancake Breakfast

The West Hoosick Fire Department announces an “All You Can Eat” Breakfast at the Fire House on Sunday, May 10, from 7:30 to 11 am.  It’s time to show your appreciation to all Mothers, and what better way than a nice filling breakfast.  Don’t worry Dads your time is coming in June. The menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The Fire House is located on Pine Valley Rd. near the intersection of county routes 109 and 103.  Any questions please call the firehouse at 686-1814.

Johnsonville Rescue Squad Breakfast

The Johnsonville Volunteer Rescue Squad will be having its monthly breakfast, Sunday,  May 3, from 7:30 to 11:30 am at the Volunteer Rescue Squad Building, 4 River Road, Johnsonville, NY.  French toast, pancakes, eggs, sausage, omelets, hash browns,  juice, coffee, tea, milk and fruit will be served for a cost of $6 for adults and $3 for children; under age 5 eat for free.  There are no take-outs. Chicken BBQ At The Polish Hall

There will be a Chicken BBQ on Saturday, May 2, from noon to 5 pm or till sold out at the Polish Hall on Mechanic St. in Hoosick Falls. Eat in or take out.

For $8 you get  BBQ chicken, roll, potato salad and coleslaw. Tickets are available at the Polish Hall or by calling 686-7810.
