The Funeral Service for Gary L. Kroll will be held on Saturday, May 14, at 12 noon at the All Saints Church, located on NY Route 7 in Hoosick, NY.
Mr. Kroll passed away on April 17 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. He left behind his partner of 41 years, Andrew Hanerfeld, and their companion of 27 years, Sam Taylor.
Immediately following the service at All Saints, friends and loved ones are invited to celebrate Gary’s life with a reception at the Hoosick Grange on Hill Road.

He was born April 10, 1942, in Hoosick Falls, NY, to the late Robert (Sr.) and Delores (Nimons) Harrington. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy High School in Hoosick Falls and was a veteran of the US Army. Robert worked for Dodge Fiber in Hoosick Falls and also for the Childs Hospital and the Nelson House in Albany, NY.

The Albany Area Amateur Astronomers will hold a Starwatch at Grafton Lakes State Park on Friday, May 6, at 8:30 pm. Visitors should use the winter entrance to the Park on Long Pond Road (at the store).
