On April 9 the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation announced changes in the 2009-10 operating schedules at a number of parks and historic sites in the Saratoga-Capital Region. The changes reflect a reduction in State spending at parks and historic sites statewide.

Berlin Rescue Squad Fish Fry
This coming Friday, April 10, is the last day of Lent. How appropriate to finish off this religious period with a delicious fish dinner served to you by the all volunteer Berlin Rescue Squad at the Berlin Fire House. From 5 to 7 pm we will be serving a dinner that includes a fish fry with roll, French fries, coleslaw, brownie, and a drink. This is an eat-in dinner but can also be taken to go. All of this can be had for $10. Please come in, have a seat, talk with some friends and be served this delicious dinner.
