West Hoosick FD Pancake Breakfast

The West Hoosick Fire Department announces an “All You Can Eat” Breakfast at the firehouse on Sunday, April 19, from 7:30 to 11 am.  The menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs, sausage, toast, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.  The firehouse is located at 1270 Pine Valley Rd. near the intersections of County Routes 109 and 103.  Any questions, please call the firehouse at 686-1814.

Summer Bowling Leagues

Sign up for summer bowling leagues. There will be four person teams consisting of men, women and youths. The leagues will start Sunday, May 17, and Monday, May 18. Both leagues will begin at 6:45 pm. Anyone interested should sign up at the Barbecue Recreation or call 518-686-5751.

Horseshoe League Meeting

There will be a horseshoe league meeting on Tuesday, April 21, at the Barbecue Recreation for anyone interested in playing horseshoes.  The meeting will cover all rules and starting dates. Anyone wishing to play who cannot attend, should call Jack at 518-686-5751.

Hoosick Cemetery Notice

By order of the Trustees of the Hoosick Cemetery Association notice is hereby given that seasonal decorations should be removed from all lots on or before April 12. Please take refuse with you. Do not leave it on the Cemetery grounds.

Buskirk FD Breakfast

The Buskirk Volunteer Fire Department Inc. will once again be hosting its monthly all you can eat breakfast at their fire station on Easter Sunday April 12, from 7:30 to 11 am. The menu includes pancakes, French toast, eggs any style, bacon, sausage toast and choice of beverage. Breakfasts are served on the second Sunday of each month, October through May.
