Hoosick Falls Taxes Drop 3.15%

The Hoosick Falls Village Organizational meeting on Tuesday, April 17, was followed by a Public Hearing on the 2012-2013 budget. Hoosick Falls Is Second In County Annual Water Taste Test Contest
County Executive Kathleen Jimino announced the results of the County’s annual Water Taste Test Contest held on April 17 at the University of Albany’s School of Public Health. The contest allows public water suppliers from throughout the County to compete against one another to see which one the residents and visitors who sampled the water would select as the best tasting.

HAYC3 Butterfly Project
The Butterfly Project is a program that helps donate slightly used prom dresses to help make the dreams come true for some young girl who wants to attend her high school prom but may not be able to afford a dress.
“The Butterfly Project is all about making girls in our community feel special during one of their important events in high school,” said Aelish Nealon, Executive Director of HAYC3.
