Lohnes Pleads Not Guilty; Case Will Go To Trial

Michael Lohnes was arraigned before a Grand Jury on Thursday, July 23, on a four count indictment. The charges were burglary in the third degree, aggravated assault on an animal, cruelty to animals and criminal mischief. He pled not guilty. Petersburgh Planning Board Asks For Right Of Way On Rabbit College Road Subdivision

The Petersburgh Planning Board met on Monday, July 27, to resolve a minor subdivision of a property on Rabbit College Road owned by Geraldine Smith. The lot in North Petersburgh is 62 and a half acres with a subdivision of one lot of 50.75 acres and the other of 11.75 acres to be made.

Petersburgh To Get New Ambulance

At the July 20 Town Board meeting in Petersburgh, Adam Griswold reported that the Petersburgh Rescue Squad has found a new ambulance. This ambulance is “virtually brand new” according to Griswold. It’s a 2005 diesel with 18,000 miles on it. [Read more…] about Petersburgh To Get New Ambulance
